Order Cancellation and Production Policy​
All our products are custom-made and tailored to individual specifications. If you encounter any issues or defects with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to explore an appropriate resolution. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing the correction of errors or the re-production of the item as necessary. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom products.
As we specialize in custom-made products, returns are only accepted in cases of product defects or if the received item does not match your order specifications. Customers must report any discrepancies or defects within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any cost. However, once production of your custom material has begun, cancellation of the order is not possible. If the cancellation request is made after production has started but before it is completed, a fee will be charged proportionate to the work completed at the time of cancellation. This fee covers the cost of materials and labor invested in the order up to that point.
